Portugal 2020 – Project Explanation

This page serves to inform the characteristics of the support granted to T&J Pombeiro Lda (under the brand Detours), within the scope of Portugal 2020.

Portugal 2020 is a Partnership Agreement between Portugal and the European Commission that brings together the activities of the five European Social and Investment Funds. This agreement defines the programming principles that enshrine the economic, social and territorial development policy to promote, in Portugal, between 2014 and 2020.

T&J Pombeiro Lda’s application is part of the thematic field of Competitiveness and Internationalization, whose objectives are:

• More exports
• More qualified employment
• More investment in Research, Development and Innovation
• Empower SMEs to operate in global markets
• Reduce freight costs and times
• A more modern Public Administration

The company used this support to reinforce its international visibility and notoriety in international markets.

All elements of the company were committed to the success of this initiative and to the durability of the results of the planned actions.
