What do I need to bring?

Depending on the tours and the time of the year we make different advices. Please Check out our tour FAQ’s section below.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, celiac, specific allergenics diets available?

Yes we do! We kindly ask you to make sure to let us know your specific dietary needs on the “Observations” field of the Booking Form.

Can I be picked up outside of Porto?

That depends on where you are staying! We can pick you up without extra charges at: Maia, Matosinhos, Gondomar and Gaia. If your accommodation is somewhere else please let us know the exact location and we will make a personalized offer.

If I cancel my activity, will I be refunded?

Tour reservations are 100% refundable until 48 hours prior to the start of your tour; If we are notified of no show or changes between 48 to 24 hours of the tour we will be happy to reschedule you on a tour anytime over the next year or generate a voucher so you can book it at a later time. No refunds or changes are accepted for no-shows or cancelations made less than 24 hours to the start of the tour.
