Before your booking at Detours website, we encourage you to read our Payment Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms are an agreement between you and Detours from the time that the booking is made.

Payment Terms

When you book directly through Detours website, you should pay the total amount established.

Pricing – Inclusions & Exclusions

Prices shown on Detours website are per person unless otherwise stated;

Prices are subject to change until the booking has been confirmed;

What is included is stated specifically on each page;

Children under eighteen must be accompanied by an adult; Unless otherwise specified prices include all local taxes, charges or fees;

Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) – discretionary gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, extra food and beverages.

Payment Methods

When you book a reservation for a Tour through the website, you should make the full payments with Credit Card. The payment with credit card is processed in a safe way, from your card to Detours’s bank account (T.J Pombeiro, Lda.) through a third entity which processes the payment (Stripe).

Detours accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover;

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Refunds & Compensation

Tour reservations are 100% refundable until 48 hours prior to the start of your tour;

If we are notified of no show or changes between 48 to 24 hours of the tour we will be happy to reschedule you on a tour anytime over the next year or generate a voucher so you can book it at a later time.

No refunds or changes are accepted for no-shows or cancelations made less than 24 hours to the start of the tour.

E-tickets

All offers displayed on the website can be booked online or by phone;

Customers who have purchased tickets will receive an e-ticket via email;

Customers should keep e-tickets for the purpose of having information about the tour easily available.

Special Requirements

At Detours we do our best to give all our customers full care and attention, but we do need to know at the time of booking if there are any special needs or requirements. It is particularly important that we are advised of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
